Join us for a free, family-friendly event bringing together community members and healthcare professionals to share knowledge, resources, and tools for preventing and managing chronic conditions like diabetes, high blood pressure,  kidney failure and heart disease.

At this event, you’ll find / What to Expect:

  • Expert panels including “Ask the Endocrinologist” and “Understanding the Healthcare Landscape & Health Careers” 
  • Free health tools and resources from local organizations 
  • Spanish-language session (en español) 
  • Fun for all ages with kid-friendly wellness activities, raffles, giveaways, yoga, and more – come with your friends, family, and colleagues!
  • Interactive experiences: taste-test healthy foods, walk the indoor track, and get moving 
  • Opportunities for providers, leaders and industry professionals to network, collaborate, and support community wellness 
  • Learn about what’s going on with funding, grants, and innovation in U.S. Healthcare and in Chicago
  • Bonus! All registered attendees who stop by will receive a free day pass to the Humboldt Park Health Wellness Center to explore the facilities and stay active.
